Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the: a) stock of trees in the Canton shall be conserved in the interest of quality of living; b) forestry legislation shall be applied to forests; c) present Law is not applicable to fruit trees and gardens. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (I); Provisions on protection (II); Contributions and financing (III); Implementing provisions (IV); Legal remedy (V); Final provisions (VI).
