Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 8 of the Plant Protection Act. The Regulation lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the control of fruit trees in nurseries. The text consists of 6 sections as follows: Regulation title (1); Definitions (2); Inspections (3); Inspection before sale (4); Destruction of injured or diseased trees (5); Offence (6).
