Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Forest Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the management plan for a tree farm licence referred to in section 35.2 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Approval (2); Term (3); Timing (4); Content (5); Public review (6); Agreement on alternative dates (7).
