Abstract The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Wildlife Habitat Protection Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the Framework Agreement within the meaning of subsection 9(2) of the Act, the lands listed in the Appendix: a) are withdrawn from the Schedule mentioned in subsection 3(1) of the Act; and b) cease to be designated as wildlife habitat lands pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Act.
