The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1993.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Hunting Law (LGBl. 86/1992). In particular, the Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to hunting methods and hunting gear. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Qualification of personnel (1); Positioning of traps (2); Fixing of warning signs (3); Inspection and marking of hunting gear (4); Entry into force (5).
