Theh present Act has entered into force on 1 August 1991.
Abstract

This Act concerns the packaging, handling, transport, storage and disposal of dangerous goods. It provides for inspections and enforcement of the provisions of the Act, sets reporting requirements and regulates offences and related penalties.
