Abstract The present Regulation is made under section 142 of the Electricity Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the definition “transitional transmission tariff” in subsection 147(1) of the afore-mentioned Act, the modifications listed in this section are incorporated into the approved transmission tariff in effect immediately before the commencement of section 147 of the Act.
