The present Regulation comes into force on 1 October 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under section 142 of the Electricity Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the definition “transitional transmission tariff” in subsection 147(1) of the afore-mentioned Act, the modifications listed in this section are incorporated into the approved transmission tariff in effect immediately before the commencement of section 147 of the Act. The text consists of 4 sections.
