Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 30 December 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts sections 50 (2) (i) and 51(2) of the Environmental Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the approval of certificates, licences, permits or other authorizations. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Table listing projects subject to approval.
