Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Forest Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the transfer of certain licences entered into with first nations, transfer of community forest agreement entered into and to the transfer of restricted forest licences. The text consists of 8 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Exempt transfers (1); Permitted transfers (2).
