The present Regulations enters into force on 1 April 2001.
Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations establishes that the Natural Products Marketing Council hereby orders that all information in its possession necessary for the proper administration of the milk quota system, the price calculations and producer payments for raw milk shall be transferred to the Dairy Farmers of Nova Scotia.
