Long title
An Act to authorize the Judicial Service Commission to appoint, remove, and exercise disciplinary control over judges of the Traditional Rights Court; to regularize the appointment of persons functioning as judges of the said Court prior to the commencement of this Act; to prescribe the composition thereof; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the matters aforesaid.

Abstract

The Traditional Rights Court shall consist of a permanent panel composed of a Chief Judge and two other judges, and such other members or panels as may be appointed or constituted from time to time as provided for by Section 4 of this Act. The Commission may, for reasons which, in its opinion, are sufficient, suspend or remove any member of the Court or take such other disciplinary action against him oe her as it may deem necessary.
