Abstract

The Trademarks Act, 2009 is an Act relating to trademark of goods and services in Bangladesh. The Act provides for the Trademarks Registry, the Registrar of Trademarks and conditions of registration. It further provides for the procedure of registration of a trademark and the effect of such registration. The definition of goods includes agricultural products and herbal plants.
