Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Trade Act, require companies that are not listed in the Schedule to these Regulations to import Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) listed in Part II of the Schedule only with a licence of the Minister and in accordance with assigned annual quotas as set out in the Schedule. A company that is not listed shall not import CFCs. Listed companies may transfer up to 50 percent of their quota with the approval of the Trade Administrator.
