This Act is enacted to re-enact the Trade Organizations Ordinance, 1961 by revoking and re-enacting the role, activities, discipline and responsibilities of trade organizations in preserving and developing the economic interests of the country including business, industry, trade and service sectors. The Government may cancel a license granted in favor of a trade organization on an application or complaint by a trade organization or federation or on its own motion after giving an opportunity of hearing, if the said trade organization: a) fails to comply with the provisions of this Act; b) fails to register within the establishes period; f) fails to fulfill any other condition prescribed by the Rules. If the license of a trade association is canceled, the association shall not be able to carry out any activities.
