Abstract

This enactment deals with various matters related to international and interstate trade in products including agricultural commodities and other agricultural products. The Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protections hall establish the following as priority trade issues: (1) Agriculture programs. The Act establishes the Interagency Center on Trade Implementation, Monitoring, and Enforcement and the Chief Innovation and Intellectual Property Negotiator and provides with respect to developing and operating trade partnership programs. One section concerns illicitly imported, exported, or trafficked cultural property, archaeological or ethnological materials, and fish, wildlife, and plants.
