New toxic chemicals shall be registered with the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board. No person may sell, manufacture or pack toxic chemicals except in premises registered with the Board. Licences are required for various activities involving toxic chemicals. A person aggrieved with a decision of the Board may appeal with the Minister.
