The Parish Council shall have powers to abate any imminently dangerous nuisances and may declare land to be a public nuisance. If the land in question is not cleaned, the Council may petition to court to have the land sold. The court may issue a condition order for sale. This order initiates to the procedure for sale of the land. The court may also order cleaning of the land. The Act also concerns properties on the seashore. Full text English
