Abstract

These Regulations provide for the licensing and control of hawking and street vending in areas under the jurisdiction of Town Councils. Certificates for hawkers or street vendors shall be granted by the Registrar appointed by the Council. Certificates shall not be transferable. The Bye-laws also define duties regarding hygiene of hawkers or vendors and prohibit certain forms of hawking or street vending.
