The Regulations also apply the procedures contained in the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 to appeals made under section 75F, which enables an applicant to appeal to the Scottish Ministers in certain circumstances. Section 76D allows a person, by agreement with a community body, to enter into an obligation governing operations or activities relating to the development or use of land, either permanently or during such period as may be specified in the agreement.
