Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Tourist Industry Licensing Act. They prescribe a form for the application for a licence, or for a variation of licence, to carry on a regulated tourist enterprise and the form of licence, define Class "C" enterprises for purposes of the Act, define the method for the payment of fees under the Act and regulate some matters relating to appeal against a decision of a licensing officer with the appeal board established under the Act such as the appointment secretary of board, the method of appeal and hearings. Class "C" enterprises are enterprises for carrying on any operation, activity or enterprise in areas reserved as beaches.
