Abstract This Law is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 37 articles. Chapter I deals with terms, definitions and objectives in particular: organization and encouragement of tourism; development and exploitation of tourism resources; preservation and protection of the environmental and tourism zones and sites; encouragement of the local and foreigner tourism investment; preservation the traditional handicrafts; and training and qualification of the tourism’s employees. Chapter II decrees the establishment of the High Council for Tourism. Regulating tourism installations is given in Chapter III. Tourism guidance is contained in Chapter IV. Offences and penalties are provided for in Chapter V. General and conclusive provisions are contained in Chapter VI. Full text Arabic
