These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st January, 1997.
Abstract

These Regulations, in terms of section 57 of the Tourism Act [Chapter 14:20], are setting general rules and issues as regards the Zimbabwe designated tourist facilities (any amenity or facility provided at a fee for tourists or users to spend one night or more). This text also sets provisions as regards the hunting activities which may be performed under special conditions, tourist accommodation related fees and charges, including minimum standards, administrative and registration procedures, related inspections and possible exemptions.
