Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canada Marine Act. Section 1 of the Regulations establish that the Toronto Port Authority shall not use, or authorize or permit another person to use, the port to build a bridge or similar fixed link between the mainland of the City of Toronto and the Toronto Islands. However, this does not apply to to a pedestrian tunnel. The text consists of 2 sections.
