Abstract

These Regulations define, for purposes of sections 24, 25, 26, 27 and 100 of the Tobacco Act, the prescribed classes of tobacco which the Registrar shall cause to be kept shall be in respect of the growers in the Register of Growers, prescribe the registration periods in respect of classes of tobacco within which growers or intended growers of any such specified classes of tobacco shall apply for registration, and regulate form of application of registration and prescribe a registration fee for late application.
