This Act sets forth provisions on the restrictions and prohibitions relating to sale, advertisement and promotion of tobacco products; licensing procedures for sale and distribution; controls on the content of tobacco products and emissions; areas prohibited for smoking; establishment of Healthy Lifestyles Promotion Committee and its Fund; enforcement of this Act; implementation of the Convention; and offences and penalties.
