Abstract: This Order prescribes various bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and preserve rights to enforce real burdens by registration of a notice under section 27 or 27A of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000.
