Abstract The purpose of these rules is to establish a survey to clarify the actual situation concerning the production of forestry materials, the shipping of timber products, and to prepare basic data for forestry administration. The basic survey shall be conducted as of December 31 of each year, and the monthly survey shall be conducted as of the last day of every month. The sending of the questionnaire concerning the basic survey pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article and the sending of the questionnaire concerning the monthly survey pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same article include electronic computers (including input/output devices) related to the use of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
