Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Timber Marking Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the registration of a timber mark .Section 2 establishes that an application to register a timber mark shall be in duplicate in Form 1 and shall be addressed to the Commissioner of Patents, Ottawa, Canada. The text consists of 6 sections and 1 Form.
