Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to place agriculture, forestry and horticulture within the economy on the whole, to fulfil its social-political tasks for the well-being of the community and to promote the development of the rural space. To this end it is important: 1) to ensure an efficient agriculture, forestry and horticulture; 2) to promote products of agriculture and forestry, as well as products of horticulture and a wholesome food production; 3) to conserve the rural space intact; 4) to promote the education of people in the rural area. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotion of measures (II); Promotion of special measures (III); Implementing and final provisions (IV).
