Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, in case the Waste Water Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550) of 15 October 2002 does not contain the necessary regulations. The text - consisting of 8 articles - deals with sphere of application, calculations of additional parameters, requirements for measuring and monitoring, duty to report, information of the public, existing waste water discharge facilities and entry into force.
