The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Abstract

The present Law implements the Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the disposal of non-edible animal products. The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Competent authorities and their tasks (1); Processing and disposal of non-edible animal products of class 1 and 2 (2); Catchment area (3); Costs of processing and disposal of non-edible animal products of class 1 and 2 (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
