The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance applies, inter alia, to facilities and industries extracting or stocking oil, natural gas, geothermal energy and other minerals subject to mining legislation. The text consists of 85 articles divided into 12 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); General provisions (2); Drilling scaffolding (3); Drilling industries (4); Promotion of drilling (5); Extraction of salts (6); Storage of inflammable liquids in store houses (7); Pipelines for the transport of oil, natural gas and other substances (8); Special protection provisions (9); Handling of explosives (10); Explosion, fire and gas protection system (11); Final provisions (12).
