These Regulations enter into force on 31 October 2006.
Abstract

These Regulations make provision in relation to: permits for dealing with endangered, vulnerable or rare taxa of flora or fauna listed in a Schedule to the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995; the keeping and provision of records of those dealings; the tagging or marking of listed taxa authorized to be taken under permits; and other miscellaneous matters.
