Abstract

Article 1 of the present Act establishes that any owner or guardian of a bull who allows him to run at large, or who does not keep him in a stable or other building or within a paddock well enough fenced to prevent his escape, or who allows him out without being under the control of a guardian, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not more than $25. However, this Act shall have effect only in the territory of every local municipality whose council has passed a by-law to the effect that it shall apply in such municipality.
