At the outset the Ordinance contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as “waste”, “domestic waste”, “disposal”, ”contaminated water”, etc. The maximum residue amounts are laid down in Annex A. In particular, article 4 deals with self-monitoring of sampling and analysis of contaminated water discharge as well as monitoring by official bodies.
