The Regulation provides for: general principles; general requirements concerning labelling; name of the food; list of ingredients; declaration of ingredients known to cause hypersensitivity, including: cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish products, peanuts, milk products, nuts products; list of food additives; net content and drained weight; date marking and storage instructions; quantitative labelling of ingredients; artificial foods; irradiated foods; organically produced foods; presentation of labelling information.
