The Act concerns the establishment of the Corporation, details the tenure of its members and the meetings, defines the functions of the Board. Part III concerns the objects and functions of the Corporation, including: carrying out minerals minerals development, management and related and associated activities; establishing and maintaining a company for the purpose of prospecting, exploration and extraction of minerals and any other related and associated activities; undertaking research and propose new mining ventures; entering into any contracts, agreements or memorandum of understanding.
