The expressions Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and Union Government are substituted by the expressions Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation and Government respectively. The expression qualified seeds in subrule (c) of Rule 6 is substituted by the expression qualified seedlings, seeds, breeds, offspring. Subrule (i) of Rule 6 is replaced as well. A new subrule (j-1) is inserted after subrule (j) of Rule 6 relating to coordination with Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department and Department of Fisheries. The expression seed, offspring in Rules 17, 18 and 19 is substituted by the expression seedling, seed, breed, offspring. Further, amendments are made to Rules 21, 23, 41 and 42 of the Rules.
