The amendments concern: insertion of following new definitions, including: authorised officer, transportation, vehicle owner; measures for persons with disabilities and women; measures for representatives of non-state actors; measures concerning the fund of the authority; submission to the Auditor General the accounts of the Authority; measures concerning water resources users associations and their functions; regulations for the construction of sand dams and any other conservation activities; fines and criminal provisions; development of a management Plan; extraction, transport and scoop of sand; harvesting and trading of sand.
