The Act amends the Forestry Act no. 7 of 1988, by repealing section 25 A concerning exportation of timber and timber products and the related royalty to be paid. The Act provides for fisheries fees and royalties for vessels, including transhipment and supplementary fees for import, export of fishes and other activities concerning permits for fish processing plants, fisheries protection and the establishment of a new fishing company.
