Abstract

This Act provides for the amendment of various acts concerning repealing of tariff rates of different products, including: wheat flour; fruit juices, beverages and various alcoholic beverages; beer; aerated waters and mineral water; repealing of excise rates and replacement with new ones of unmanufactured tobacco; tobacco refuse. The Act amends the Forestry Act no. 7 of 1988, by repealing section 25 A concerning exportation of timber and timber products and the related royalty to be paid. The Act provides for fisheries fees and royalties for vessels, including transhipment and supplementary fees for import, export of fishes and other activities concerning permits for fish processing plants, fisheries protection and the establishment of a new fishing company.
