This includes, share capital, payment of dividends, maintaining books of account, audit, appointment of directors, board meetings, annual general meetings and related matters. Chapter XXIA deals with the incorporation and management of Producer Companies which are defined as companies involved in production, harvesting, procurement of primary agriculture produce and undertaking related activities.
