This Governmental Decree enters into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for accreditation of individuals (approbators) conducting field research and testing of seeds and planting material in the Republic of Armenia. Accreditation of approbators shall be performed by the Ministry of Agriculture. The certificate shall be issued to the approbator for field surveys of certain types of agricultural crops for the period of up to 3 years. The approbator must have instructions for field testing of seed fields (variety, grade purity and homogeneity, crop infection with weeds, diseases and pests). Annex 1 contains the form of approbator’s certificate.
