Part I of the Act focuses on: functions of the citizenship by investment Unit, including: processing an application for a certificate or an alien landholding licence, collection of fees, conducting due diligence checks on an alien, keeping and maintaining records; powers of the Board. Part II concerns measures for certificate of eligibility. Part III concerns alien landholding licence; application requirements; grant of a licence; conditions for an alien landholding licence. Part IV concerns establishment, powers and functions of the tribunal responsible for determining whether an alien investor has breached the conditions of the Act. Part V concerns forfeiture declaration against land and its effects. Part VI concerns alien investor entrance permit.
