Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by inserting the following new definitions: agricultural produce, including: apiculture, aquaculture, aquaponics, crop production, horticulture and plant production, livestock production, timber production; agricultural and fisheries project; agricultural product; fisheries product, including fish and other aquatic biota. Amendment of section 3 concerns the application for agricultural or fisheries incentives. Section 7 is amended by detailing competences and experience of persons appointed to the Agriculture and Fisheries Committee. New Sections from 8A to 8F are inserted concerning administrative tasks of Committee members. Section 12 is amended by inserting new paragraphs concerning sea moss supplies and aquaponic system supplies and water quality analysis equipment.
