Abstract

The present Regulation enacts various sections of the Forest and Range Practice Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the TFL 49 pilot project which means Tree Farm Licence No. 49 entered into force under the Forest Act. The text consists of 50 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Definitions and interpretation (1); Planning forest practices (2); Plan review and comment (3); Forest practice requirements (4); Monitoring and evaluation of pilot (5); Compliance and enforcement (6); General (7). Two Schedules are enclosed.
