Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). The Regulations apply only to territorial lands under the control, management and administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that every application to lease or purchase territorial lands shall be made to the land agent for the area in which the land is situated and shall be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application (3); Application to purchase or lease territorial lands (4); Sale of territorial lands (7); Leasing of territorial lands (10); Grazing leases (15); Fees (17). One Schedule is enclosed.
