Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Territorial Lands Act. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may issue leases to any person applying therefore granting the exclusive right to dredge for minerals in the submerged bed of any river in the Northwest Territories. The text consists of 14 sections and 1 Schedule.
