Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to application for lease, application for permit on behalf of Indians and Eskimos, exploration licence. The Schedules lists fees to be paid for rendered services. The text consists of 35 sections.
