Abstract

This Ordinance places restrictions on the removal and transportation of materials that may carry termites such as wood, soil, dung, farmyard manure, compost, flax waste, grass or other vegetable matter in process of decomposition. Removal of such material from specified areas requires a written permit issued by the Chief Agricultural and Natural Resources Officer
