A substance shall be labelled and packed in accordance with these Regulations and the importation of a contagious abortion vaccine requires a licence to be granted by the Chief Agricultural Officer. The Regulations also define powers of the Chief Agricultural Officer and inspectors for purposes of these Regulations.
