Abstract

These Regulations place restrictions on the landing in Mauritius from any other country of any of the therapeutic substances as set out in the First Schedule of these Regulations. A substance shall be labelled and packed in accordance with these Regulations and the importation of a contagious abortion vaccine requires a licence to be granted by the Chief Agricultural Officer. The Regulations also define powers of the Chief Agricultural Officer and inspectors for purposes of these Regulations.
